The demon dog, Pooch, leads Hack/Slash’s Cassie and Vlad to the dimension of superheroes where they hunt Bomb Queen’s cat, Ashe. Her demon cat has split a dimension between realities, allowing the Queen’s twisted and perverted slashers into Cassie’s world-along with, worst of all, Bomb Queen herself!

SONS OF MAN: Part 1-A great jump-on point for new readers! The enigmatic masked man Samhain returns and he’s calling in a favor for saving Cassie’s life. Will the company of two find that three’s a crowd? Meanwhile, the Black Lamp Society wants to create their own slashers but what they’ve succeeded in creating may be more horrific than any knife wielding maniac!

Sons of Man Part 2 Cassie and Vlad make their way into the Cedar Island Reserve, only to find they’ve entered the hunting ground of something that isn’t quite natural! Our heroes are used to taking on one slasher at a time… how will they stand up to hundreds of monsters?! Also, Chris deals with last issue’s terrifying revelation, and a new villain plots destruction at a bar in Chicago!
